Despite their denials and the prediction from Hamos, the layoffs sound like MORE scare tactics from the CTA until they get what they want. It's just how they play the game. At this point it's starting to get as ridiculous as all the fake/unsubstantiated terror alerts the administration puts out every time they're in trouble.
Heh. That's an interesting comparison there Tim. I don't see how the CTA have any goodwill at all with the construction and general disregard they show for passengers and, apparently employees.
