Charles effectively integrates over 200 photos to vividly illustrate his trials and tribulations in teaching over 10,000 Chinese from K- Ph.D. He outlines in graphic details, the Chinese educational system and how he developed a testing company, penetrated multinational corps teaching English to business executives. A major focus is on the Chinese lifestyle, economy and the burgeoning middle class. He also gives intimate details about his family, social life, friends and his tragic detainment when he tried to exit China. The target audience is American educators, tourist, and entrepreneurs. This 73 thousand word manuscript is segmented into twelve chapters encompassing 320 pages; is interesting, informative and inspiring as it bridges the gap between two cultures.
