Union members have called for unity and cooperation among union leadership and an end to infighting. Members of the 400,000-strong UNITE HERE, formed in 2004 of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees, hotel and restaurant workers, made the call in advance of its convention which starts tomorrow.
