N. Illinois city may allow ice cream trucks again...because one couple misses them

I thought this was a weird little bit: Loves Park banned ice cream truck decades ago out of concern that children would run into the street when they heard them.

Now, residents Kenny and Jen Polhamus want the community outside Rockford to consider allowing the trucks return to the city. It's a move that would allow his children the experience of chasing an ice cream truck that he remembers so fondly from his own childhood.
