Prices of single-family homes may be up, while condo prices have declined. The Wall Street Journal reports that many of these home sales involve incentives provided by the seller to the buyer which may explain nominal increases.
Figures this would happen. Right when I sell the condo for a huge loss and decide to rent for a while.
And I'm positive the Recovery and Reinvestment Act was passed just to make me late for work. Every road on my commute is under construction; cut down to one lane of traffic.
If this economy picks up any more I'm screwed.
