Dining with my new bride back in the early 1980's, The Blackhawk Restaurant attentive service & culinary creations confirmed our accomplishment as part of Chicago's Magnificent Mile creative community consumating her work day with Jovan Cosmetics.
Sad to see it go, I take it? Hopefully I can get to the restaurant before it shutters its doors for good. Sounds like the old one on Wabash was a pretty a classic downtown Chicago eatery.
