Clout

McPier's the nexus for corruption & bid rigging as evidenced by Mayoral insider James Duff's conviction on fleecing more than $100 Million intended for minority & female businesses, Scott Fawell's bid rigging conviction & a legion of union patronage workers directed by two of Chicago's leading Aldermen.

(When this story hits twelve up votes, this Windy Citizen will share the names, but one hint is that these union workers were enlisted as volunteers in a recent States Attorney's Primary Election campaign)
