Chicagoan Thaddeus Jimenez ("TJ") is the youngest person at the time of his arrest ever to be exonerated in Illinois and likely in all of the United States. It's from 1996 and looks like a circuit court is reversing a decision made in a lower court due to improper screening of the jury. Not 100% sure where this fits into the timeline.
Hi adelle77--TJ's conviction was reversed in 96, but then he was he was re-convicted. The case you found is part of that reversal and reconviction.
