I've been to a handful of CAPS meetings. They're always interesting though rarely riveting.
But this is big news. The CAPS program is something that sets a lot of people at ease in Chicago. Even if they don't go, it's great to know the meetings are happening and *someone* is attending. I don't think it's a good idea to do away with the program as the article intimates CPD might.
