Chicago cops: Spider-Man skills used in thefts

Looking up at a LaSalle Street office building allegedly robbed by a thief who scaled pipes and climbed fire escapes, new razor wire is attached to block ground access to the escapes. "He had good upper body strength," said Detective Louis Vittori, citing video surveillance that helped lead to Parks' arrest in late May. "In one situation he was coming down the fire escape, he had his arms filled in the front and a shoulder bag on each shoulder."
