Looking up at a LaSalle Street office building allegedly robbed by a thief who scaled pipes and climbed fire escapes, new razor wire is attached to block ground access to the escapes. Wow, awesome! I had a friend who did rock climbing and she locked herself out once, so she scaled the walls to try to get into her 2nd floor window. To haul electronics on your back though, that's both skill and strength!
