This is bull-honky. There's no way someone should be building an amusement park in Illinois of all places during a time when people are getting laid off. Of course they want tax breaks! Pfft.
Lego people want to build Legoland in Southern Illinois, want taxpayers to help pay

I don't know if I really can work up any righteous outrage over this story but it gets my thumb's up for goofiness. I've read in the past that Lego is very protective of its trademark and branding. I left off the circle-r – I hope I don't get a lawsuit! Anyway, I was wondering where the crime connection comes in, since that's how this story is categorized. A criminally bad idea?
All I can think of is "Lego people." Now, is that people made of Lego... er what? And if so, how would these "Lego people" build anything. They ARE the build! LOL
