Guardian Angels "detain" pot-smoking man riding CTA, pin him down [video]

A pair of Guardian Angels notice someone high out of his mind on weed on the CTA, they out him to the cops and put him under citizen arrest, which leads to a scuffle and the GA's sitting on top of the pot-smoker waiting for the cops to arrive. Meanwhile, a pair of loafer-wearing yuppies take issue with the GA's strong arm tactics considering the offense and argue with them.
