That guy is every guy in Wrigleyville on a Saturday night.
I'm not really sure exactly what he's doing here. Is this an official bartender/server move? Or it this guy just freestyling for his little audience there.
Looks like a licensed beer server that's just trying to have some fun on the job and make some people laugh. I'd probably do the same thing :-)
