After a series of talks, M&R Development has agreed to downsize the project considerably and lower its height to below that of the ballpark roofline. M&R has now filed a zoning application that includes a 137-room Hyatt hotel, 135 residential units, 147,000 square feet of retail space and a 403-space underground parking garage.
