The gist:
A beer company used to own an ad space outside Wrigley Field. Their sponsorship lapsed or they didn't make their payments or something.
Horseshoe Casino took over the space. For some reason, the Cubs have a problem with that and decided to erect these blockers to prevent people from seeing the ad?
