That graffiti is awesome! The parking meter fiasco's been a real existential crisis for a lot of Chicagoans. It's this huge looming menace that we're more or less powerless to do anything about except pay up.

well, technically it's not a graffiti, neighbors express themselves on some cement revetment slash bench seating every year
