At the country club I was a waiter at for two years we sold wine but also allowed members to bring their own bottles. We charged $18 corkage fee per bottle open. Some nights I would open 10 bottles for a table of 12 people. Think it is illegal to charge a fee if you offer the ability to buy and bring?
