Sounds delicious, LAZ! I'll have to invite the crew over to sample Chef Kilberg's recipes.
For anyone who doesn't want to or can't make the trek to Hinsdale, you can get an amazingly tasty version in the frozen section at Trader Joe's. I recommend getting several boxes, because they're addictive!
Probably even better made fresh according to this recipe. I'd think you could freeze these, too.
