Here's the full menu: http://www.cicispizza.com/cicisBuffet/pdf/CicisBuffetMenu.pdf It's not as much of a gross-out as the story makes it out to be, although if you want to gain weight this is probably your place (like a lot of restos, admittedly). There used to be a little place in Rogers Park called Veggie's Pizza that had unusual combos like this; ham and pineapple pizza is pretty good in my opinion.

Don't believe everything you read. They ought to have a warning: "Objects in menu are less delicious than they appear." The macaroni and cheese pizza was by no means the worst thing on the buffet.

Yeah, I went to one of these in Florida a couple years ago. As we were walking in, a family with little kids was on its way out - and one of the kids promptly puked all over the carpet. Should've walked right back out, but we stayed - and were seriously underwhelmed.

Hasn't anyone else eaten anything outrageous? I've eaten ant larvae (though not lately). It was probably better than this pizza/
