It's guacamole! Be happy!
Musical guacamole! Olé!
Big chunks of avocado? Who likes 'em in their guacamole, fellow Windy Citizens? Or do you prefer creamy smooth?
I like texture.
I can't remember where it was, but they had the best presentation of the guacamole. It came in a bowl, not mashed up yet. You got to see all the ingredients fresh and got to add or subtract as much of any you wanted. Then you got to make it as chunky or smooth as you liked. Seems silly since you can do that at home, but something about getting the service and the hands on experience all together was really nice.
Sounds like Adobo Grill in Old Town.
Avocados are nutritious, too!
