Sea gull paradise explains this unsavory report.

However unsettling, check this report out for yourself & you'll find that the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources has developed a world class boating paradise in Illinois Northeastern-most corner.

As one of my former clients, I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with some of the best marina managers under the capable leadership of Mr. Charles "Charlie" Price.
