That's a universal truth.

Chicago journalists make difficult decisions everyday, cultivating sources & contributing to what is presented to readers, viewers & blog site visitors.

While many bloggers may present themselves as qualified to assume these responsibilities, broadcast station & print journalists have earned their positions and, for now, have the opportunity to do great work.

Whether they decide to do so is up to them.
