Cal Skinner, Junior comes out the winner by attracting a law suit from one of the leading Chicago suburban newspapers--The Daily Herald.
While some may say that the former state legislator's allegations fall short of the truth, consider the ramnifications of a discovery process which will force the plaintiff & the defendant to exchange financial & political evidence. I trust that corporate counsel consulted with outside counsel before filing a lawsuit, the first step in what's sure to be an arduous process for both parties.
