Riders in the Sky features a unique collection of “cowboys,” including a former polka accordion king and an MIT doctorate holder. Group members Ranger Doug, Joey, Woody Paul and Too Slim have toured the country, bringing their classic Western-inspired show to thousands.
Their performances reminiscent of the Sons of Pioneers, Gene Autry and Roy Rogers, Riders in the Sky are best known to younger audiences for their performance of “Woody’s Roundup” in Toy Story 2.
