Bicyclists, inline skaters, runners and strollers will have the boulevards to themselves in five West Side NCP neighborhoods from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday when last October’s twin Sunday Parkways events are reprised all at once under a new name: Open Streets. Agencies in the five communities have spent the last several weeks gathering volunteers and planning activity stations along the eight-mile route ranging from arts and sports, to health and fresh food.
