Digital image tells all. What was intended to provide protection, has become a socio-economic prison cell for too many Chicago Housing Authority residents. Have we stolen the skills necessary to find new housing, jobs & self-respect in the name of doing something good? Certainly, there's community found even under the most dire of circumstance, but should we mourn residents' loss or celebrate their new found freedom?
