The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board (IHFPB) was rife with cocaine, corruption, and kickbacks. Some of Illinois most notorious felons inlcuding Tony Rezko and Stuart Levine used IHFPB to launch there schemes. Now President Obama is suggesting we duplicate the IHFPB nationally.

Wild parties @ The Purple Hotel in Lincolnwood created sensational trial headlines during the Antonin "Tony" Rezko trial several months ago.
Sure, those and the fact that Rita Rezko partnered with the Obama in their house purchase in Hyde Park. Seems a bit odd that the same guy who packed the IHFPB would jointly purchase some property with the future president of the United States.
