Shouldn't Sheriff Dart have known that his litigious pre-occupation with the salacious Craigslist solicitations might infringe upon another's First Ammendment freedoms?
He had to know this could end badly and embarassingly.
But c'mon....erotic dancing qualifies for first amendment protection? No 'effing way.
