Although Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart has made hundreds of prostitution arrests from the Craigslist "adult services" pages, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit he filed against the site in July. The judge ruled that activities like "erotic dancing" may even fall under First Amendment protection.

Shouldn't Sheriff Dart have known that his litigious pre-occupation with the salacious Craigslist solicitations might infringe upon another's First Ammendment freedoms?
He had to know this could end badly and embarassingly.

I would comment on this share, but apart from invoking some meditation on "victimless crimes," etc., I don't know what to say.
