More WC commenting changes: Bolder voting buttons, simpler format.

Based on feedback from last week's epic thread about commmenting, I've developed a more accessible commenting layout that includes user pics and easier-to-spot voting buttons. Let me know what you think about this format?

It looks good! I like that you kept the photos, although those with real faces rather than a gravatar will probably elicit different voting responses. It's an advertising thing -- people and animals tend to elicit a more positive response.

I'm glad you mentioned "animals."

Cute, furry ones tend to do best. Snakes, gators, and rhinos, probably not so...

Sounds cute to me, as long as I'm not face to face with one.

Looks really solid. Draws more attention to comment voting, and I like the little arrow next to reply, too. Strong improvements.
