Yes, indeed his team "won." It makes the steady whining by these "winners" so pathetic. Build a privately financed bridge and get it over it all ready.

Imagine if Mayor Daley and Mr. Ryan called you personally & then visited with you in your home or private office to make their pitch?

Wouldn't you have yielded your support for this fated 2016 Olympic bid?
