I saw a "homeless" guy take rolled up newspaper out of his coat pocket on a crowded el train. He unrolled it. Big butcher knife. He examined it for a while, then put it back in the newspaper and his pocket. I was ready to sound the alarm. The guy seemed to have no idea what he was doing was inappropriate.
