Who doesnt want Santa's Little Helper??
Thank you for the comment. Perhaps you'll be able to get a dog in the future. I have two dogs who bring me joy.
I really wish I had the space to adopt a dog. PAWS is one of my favorite places to visit to see the dogs and cats that they take in.
Thanks for the encouragement to get our fellow Windy Citizens out to the shelters.
Really. We have nothing else to spend tax money on?
Who'll let these dogs out, Windy Citizens?
No, it is not at all the same thing. Pit bulls can, and should, be wonderful dogs. But some horrible people do horrible things to them, which is a large part of their reputation. Add to that the fact that the media grossly over-reports any dog bite that may or may not involve a pit bull type dog as a pit bull mauling, and they are futher vilified. Get to know one...or two or one hundred as I have before you judge.
Why would someone buy a pitbull? Isn't this akin to finding safe uses for nuclear energy?
qstrian, I love Boston Terriers. Not only the "American Gentlemen" but also a low maintenance dog with no breed-specific health problems! Good call.
Publicist for the SPCA, Noreen? Reserve me a Boston terrier--a black-and-white--the American gentleman!
