What an odd little story.
What happened to the cougar? It was cut to pieces by veterinarians....a full-blown "necropsy" *shudder*.
I think there will be more cougars soon. They're following the deer that have become a common sight in the more wooded areas (and some not so wooded areas) of Cook Co.
Is this part of the Daley's plan to "green up" Chicago?

Awesome....I had no idea that we were leaders in the field. I also think that somebody advocating for tech at the state level would be great. Obama appointed a CTO, which is great (read: http://techloop.windycitizen.com/2008/11/13/obama-to-appoint-cto-hooray ) Maybe then we can get rolling on some nation-wide, or at least state-wide broadband.
