Basketball coach, Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn praise Jason Vazquez, who died in September after blast. An Illinois National Guardsman, Vazquez, 24, died in September while serving in Afghanistan. On Saturday, he was honored at the school gym where he spent many hours as a boy.
