Highlights from this (great) photo essay:
1. Examining the details that Renzo Piano's people installed throughout the Modern Wing, particularly the ornamentation that appears to "float" the floor.
2. See all that beautiful natural light and the city vistas that will be visible from gallery spaces.
3. Lifson's (favorable) comparison to another gallery designed by Piano in L.A.
4. News that the bridge will be getting a paint job to cover up those ugly brackets.
I'm looking forward to checking this out come May.
