According to Hello Beautiful, the east wall of Renzo Piano's Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago plays nicely with the arch from Louis Sullivan's demolished stock exchange, evoking memories of his "jewelry box" banks. What do you think?

I thought it was kind of ugly. But I do see the writer's point. The Solid, void, solid is an interesting way of looking at it.

I'd rather have the view back though!
