City tows 127 cars in Bucktown to protect 5k runners, residents enraged

Read this one carefully. The city says it posted up no parking signs between 11pm Thursday night and 4am Friday morning. On Sunday they then plucked 127 cars out of Bucktown. Residents say they had no idea the streets were being closed for parking.
