University student establishes nonprofit for abused women in Africa

Sometimes it’s the “little things” that have the greatest impact. At least, that’s what Sarah Thontwa hopes.

The first student from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to attend North Park University, Thontwa recently founded her own nonprofit organization, Little Things, to help abused women from her home country.
