Tory Jenkins, 20, of 22660 Cicero Ave., was shot at 1423 Chicago Road and died Friday morning, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said. A Saturday autopsy said Jenkins was a quadriplegic who died of a gunshot wound to the neck and the death was ruled a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.
