Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich was arrested by federal officials along with his chief of staff John Harris Tuesday morning. Among other charges in a wide ongoing corruption probe of the governor and key associates, Blagojevich is accused of conspiring to sell the vacant Senate seat of President-Elect Barack Obama to the highest bidder, media reported.
