Anyone who has ever been to a Cubs or Sox game knows that when the sixth inning hits, people rush the bars to get their last beer before the seventh inning cutoff for alcohol sales. If Mayor Richard Daley has his way, local bars will follow suit, voluntarily cutting off alcohol sales after the seventh inning. Daley calls it a no-brainer.
