Albany Park, Chicago, Ill. —
Dave Brown swore that the undercover police officer who pulled him over Tuesday for not stopping at a crosswalk came out of nowhere.
"It was kind of bogus that they pulled me over," said Brown, 58, of Downers Grove. "But, if that's the law, then they should crack down."
