The first round of hearings will be held in Chicago on Monday at 9 a.m. at RTA headquarters, 175 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 1550; and at 6 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 1259 W. 111th St. Another will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Toman Public Library, 2708 S. Pulaski Rd.; and Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Rubloff Auditorium at Loyola University's Water Tower Campus, 25 E. Pearson St.
