A man died Sunday morning after riding in a vehicle that crashed into a house in southwest suburban Chicago Ridge Saturday night.

The man, 20s, was one of four occupants in a vehicle that crashed into a house on the 6800 block of 97th Place, according to a spokesman from the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 3 a.m.

"I will go to the gravesite of any person and dance on their grave...As a part of the service I will email you a photo of me dancing on that certain someone’s grave."

Saturday morning, a fire-protection system at Police Headquarters, 3510 S. Michigan Ave.. went off in a telecommunications room. The system automatically disrupted telecommunications for about four hours until those services were restored at 3:30 p.m., according to Police News Affairs spokesman Roderick Drew.

Pet oxygen masks that help revive pets suffering from fire-related smoke inhalation were given to the Chicago Fire Department. Firefighters will be trained to use the cone-shaped masks that can be used on dogs, cats and even some birds.
