Water's selling for $2.29 in at least one of the beverage stands at Lollapalooza (the Bobtail Ice Cream Coffee stand). That's pretty darn cheap.
Nevertheless, some of the people in this gaggle of festival-goers waited in line for almost 35 minutes to refill their water bottles and save some change.
As long as you charge a price for something, someone's going to want to get it for free.
