Just got back from Radiohead. Notes:
1. There were a lot of people there. A regular multitude. This cell-shot is murky, but it conveys the scope of the event. I'm pulling a number of the air, but I'm guessing there were 75,000 people in attendence (which is in line with this prediction via the great Greg Kot of the Tribune.)

Lollapalooza sneak peek: Radiohead to play opening night

Lollapalooza isn’t releasing its official schedule until sometime in June, but with a little Googling you can get a rough idea of which bands will play each day of the festival. When the initial lineup was announced, I assumed Radiohead would play the same role that Pearl Jam played last year and close out the festival Sunday night. They’re riding the wave of a great new album and haven’t been to town in more than two years.
