It's very simple:

• You may not post pornographic, racist, or not-safe-for-work content in comments on the Windy Citizen, nor link to it.
• Windy Citizen user accounts may be terminated at any time by Windy Citizen management. Membership in the WC community is not a right, but a privilege.
• Link submissions may be edited or even deleted by Windy Citizen editors if they run counter to posting guidelines (linking to lifted content or quotes instead of original sources)
