Good afternoon, everyone, it's 1:09pm. Today has been a long day for me. The school bus came very late for us when school let out, and then on top of that, we got a rude substilte. He didn't know the route. I knew most of it, so I helped him out with it before my stop. What made this guy rude, though, is that he was like "I should've never said yes to this route!" and other things when we got stuck in traffic. Well, it's a long route. I can't help that. Anyway, here is crime for this afternoon and evening.
1:05PM - Gang fight. Several of them beating on a male in and out of a Salvation Army. Location is Fullerton and Avers.
1:06PM - Calls are starting to pour in on the 1:05pm job. Gang fight on the street. Someone's got a gun.
1:07PM - A responding officer to the 1:05/1:06pm jobs says there's a "few" of them at Fullerton and Avers.
1:10PM - Sounds like officers have an offender from the melee. They're bringing him over to the vitcim.
1:11PM - It's negative on that person. Also, according to a 911 ticket, the offender ran into Salvation Army.
1:18PM - They're still fighting over at Fullerton and Avers. Officer on scene says things have settled down a little.
1:24PM - Hit and run. Armitage and Central Park. Complaint hit a door of a car that was sticking out in the street.
1:30PM - The 1:24pm job occurred east of Central Park on Armitage, meaning this is a 14th district job.
1:32PM - Two offenders from the melee on Fullerton are in Salvation Army.
1:40PM - The 1:24pm job is coded 19Paul on what sounds like both ends.
2:59PM - Traffic accident. Fullerton and Hamlin. Two cars. Disturbance on scene. Has alot of time on it.
3:03PM - Disturbance. 4030 W Wrightwood.
3:51PM - The 3:03pm job is coded 5Paul.
4:03PM - Parker. On 2524's beat.
4:13PM - I'm going to go for a little bit. Got something I need to do.
5:04PM - I'm back.
5:33PM - Person with a gun. Pulaski and Fullerton. Male White, dirty blonde hair, long demin coat and backpack is carrying a shotgun. He's heading north on Pulaski.
5:38PM - The 5:33pm job is coded 19P because it was a toy gun and a security guard broke it.
6:02PM - Disturbance. 2312 N Springfield. People were gathering and smoking weed. This call has an hour on it.
6:09PM - Beat car 2543 has a handwaver on the 2900 block of N Harding regarding a Burglary.
6:26PM - Parker. 2600 block of N Lawndale. A blue car, possibly a Chevy Chevlier, is violating some kind of parking thing, is acting suspicious and someone in the car is throwing donuts into Monroe school's parking lot.
6:30PM - I have to go eat. I'll be back soon.
7:04PM - I'm back.
7:06PM - Narcotics. On 2524's beat.
7:34PM - Gang disturbance. On 2525's beat.
