The past few days have been quite active and exciting for the NBA, topped by Shaquille O'Neal heading from Phoenix to Cleveland.
The Chicago Bulls, however, have been inactive thus far. After an active and successful trade-deadline frenzy this season, will management pull the trigger on more excitement today, Draft Day?
